Our current team has between 8 and 20 years of hands-on mining experience across a wide range of mines in Australia and overseas.
We understand what it takes to run safe and efficient operations. Our focus is on delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions that make a real difference on site — from planning and design through to day-to-day operational support.
We take pride in being approachable, flexible, and outcome-driven. At MMC, we work closely with our clients to help them deliver value and long-term value.
While working in the Australian mining industry, we noticed that many small to medium sized underground mining companies struggled to access high-quality technical expertise due to limited budgets. Experienced underground mining engineers, mine managers, and technical consultants were often out of reach.
Seeing this gap, Ming Ng (Contract Senior Mining Consultant) and his mentor Adolf Koster (Contract Mine Manager) decided to establish MMC, a boutique mining consultancy to bridge this gap.
